1921.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled

an

Ordinance to facilitate the reciprocal enforcement of judgments and

awards in the Colony of Hongkong and in other parts of His Majesty's

dominions and in certain other territories,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions.

2. The Ordinance is introduced in accordance with the general

instructions of the Secretary of State contained in his circular despatch of the 18th February, 1921, and his special instructions roontained in his despatch of the 26th September, 1921.

3. In my opinion this is an ordinance to which His Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and

on His behalf.
